44 The Future is a transformative mentoring program designed to empower young people by fostering achievement in education, ownership of health and wellness, cultural respect, and economic development. By pairing experienced mentors with eager mentees, we create a supportive environment that helps young individuals develop the knowledge and skills they need to thrive. Our program focuses on four key pillars: Achievement in Education, Health and Wellness, Culture, and Economic Development. Through guidance and support, 44 The Future aims to shape the next generation of leaders, preparing them to make a meaningful impact in their communities.

Our mission at 44 The Future is to empower young people by providing mentorship that promotes academic excellence, physical and mental well-being, cultural pride, and economic self-sufficiency. We believe that by cultivating these pillars, we will equip mentees with the tools they need to become positive contributors to society, making a lasting impact in their communities for years to come. Through the guidance of dedicated mentors, our goal is to help mentees achieve their full potential and develop into the leaders of tomorrow.
